How can I become a 2W consultant?

Natural Person: National ID card or driver's license, Proof of Address, Bank Details

Legal Entity: CNPJ (National Register of Legal Entities) card, Social Contract, National ID card or driver's license, Bank details (account must be owned by the Legal Entity)

*CNAES (National Classification of Economic Activities) supported by 2W: 4618-4/99, 7490-1/04, 7020-4/00

Can I start with a personal account and then migrate to a business account?

Yes, it is possible. Once you have a CNPJ (National Register of Legal Entities) with supported CNAES (National Classification of Economic Activities), we can make a contractual amendment.
